HOW TO ORDER:
*Due to the nature of customization for this product, please
allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.
The most important step in creating your figure is to
provide a clear picture of yourself. The designers will sculpt your custom
figure based on the pictures you submit. Our designer will also adjust the body
color to match the face of the customer.
1. CHOOSING YOUR COLORS
Please use the "Color Option Sheet" to help choose
your colors above. It can be found by clicking on the "Alternative Views" photos below the main image above.

2. SUBMITTING YOUR PHOTO
Please use the “Photo Guidelines Sheet” to help you submit
your photos. It can be found by clicking
the "Alteranative Views" photos below the main image above.
Then click on the “Photo Guidelines Sheet” Icon.
We will need clear front AND side shots of your face. The
clearer the picture, the easier it will be for our designers to create accurate
facial features.
Keep in mind our designer will create your figure based on
the pictures you submit. The size of your pictures must be 2" x 2" or
larger.
Take 4 headshot photos of the person you want the figure to
be modeled after.

If you can’t take all four, at least submit a clear front
view photo.
E-mail your photos to orders@gorillacube.com.
Be sure to include the following in the
email:
- Your Name
- Order # that
will be provided during checkout
- An attachment
of all the photos you have taken.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed the order and payment process, you will receive an
order confirmation via email.
Shipping notice and tracking number will be provided upon
completion of your order.
